4A. Gold Price Fluctuation Policy

Due to the highly volatile nature of gold prices, all orders are subject to real-time market fluctuations.

• The price displayed at the time of order placement is indicative and based on the current market rate
• If the spot gold price increases by 1% or more after the order is placed but before order confirmation or processing, the Company reserves the right to revise the final payable amount

In such cases, the customer will be given the following options:

• Accept the revised price and proceed with the order
• Cancel the order and receive a full refund

Additional terms:

• The order will not be processed without customer confirmation
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising due to fluctuations in gold prices

4B. Stock Availability and Brand Substitution Policy

In the event that a particular brand of gold product is unavailable or out of stock due to market conditions or supply constraints, the following terms shall apply:

• The customer will be notified of the stock unavailability and offered the option to choose an alternative brand of equivalent specification and purity
• If the customer does not wish to accept an alternative brand, they may request a full refund
• The order will not be processed until the customer provides explicit confirmation of their preferred option — either accepting the substitute brand or requesting a refund
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
• The Company shall not be held liable for any delays or losses arising from stock unavailability due to market reasons
